Hospital Snapshots
Just a few pictures of Andrew's stay in the hospital...
The TPN bag, nutrition through an IV. It is strange to think that this liquid is basically his "food" right now.
The white board in his room.
A beautiful bouquet of flowers sent by the Chewelah Farmer's Market.
The little black button, Andrews friend after surgery. Every 8 minutes he can push this button to get more pain medicine. He actually hasn't had to use it quite that often though.
Tubes going into his arm. Lots of tubes. Feeding tubes, medicine tubes, oxygen tubes, drainage tubes... right now Andrew is loaded with tubes.

Oh, Merritt was friends with that little black button, too! Our hospital stay was before little people--I was wondering if you were able to keep David with you. Glad you have family closeby!
Thanks so much for your comment--we've been saying the same thing about getting together with you, too! And somehow, we always say those things and never do them, especially with the farm schedule. :( Life should be slowly down here eventually for us (it still hasn't frosted here!), and we will definitely have to get together, once Andrew's feeling up to it.
Take care. We're praying for you!!!
