It has been so much fun cooking with the fresh vegetables from the garden.
Sliced tomatoes and cucumbers with herbs, oil and vinegar.
A colorful variety of tomatoes from the garden.
Red Sweet Corn
Green, yellow, and purple string beens
Hot peppers for salsa!
Dry corn for grinding later.

Oh Celeste!
The produce is so beautiful! I am going to have to try the striped green tomatoes, those look really fun. Are they really supposed to be green?
I also enjoyed your post on music camp. I am so glad you had such a good time. Thanks for your note, I recieved it early this week. I will be writing soon :).

Thanks for commenting. Yes the green tomatos are supposed to be green and are called Green Zebra. It was a last minute decision to try that variety and I only planted one bush. I am planning to plant more next year because we really like them. They are sweet and tangy. I enjoyed the pictures of your future dried tomatoes. That is something I will have to do with some of mine. I will look forward to getting a letter from you.
