Bottle Feeding

We enjoyed having Andrew's sister Aleah and her goats stay with us over the weekend while the rest of the family went rafting. David enjoyed having his Aunt to play with. He also loved going out with her to milk the goat and feed the baby.

New Potatoes

We have been harvesting new potatoes the last couple of weeks and bringing them to market. It is so amazing to have them already. These are ones we started in March in the hoophouse. Then later after we stopped having frost we moved the hoophouse off and put tomatoes in it.

David and A Goat

We stopped by to see Aleah's baby goat the other day. David had a lot of fun running around with her.

Bird's Nest

Andrew found a little nest when he went out to move the tractor. It is so adorable. I took it off the tractor and have it sitting on my hutch. I didn't know what else to do with it, because Andrew moved and was going to pressure wash the tractor so it couldn't stay there, and I figured the mama bird wouldn't be able to find it anyway. But I feel bad for the little bird.

Chewelah Market

We have been enjoying the Chewelah Farmer's Market so much this year. The new location in the park is so beautiful. It has been staying pretty busy and is lots of fun.

Green Strawberries

Hopefully we will have ripe strawberries soon. I can't wait. They are blooming really well this year.

Baking Bread

Here are a few more pictures of David in his apron. We made bread together and he made a little loaf in his mini pan. He enjoyed it so much an loved his little pan that he then took his pan to bed with him at naptime.
