Irrigation System

We have been busy the last few days planting and setting up the irrigation system for the garden. It is exciting to be making progress.

Mother's Day

We surprised Andrew's mom with a nice dinner for Mother's day. It was so much fun!

I am always finding David getting into something! He loves to go over and look at the chicks. I am always afraid he will grab one and squish it.


He also likes to watch the bigger chicks when I go out to do the chores. It keeps him occupied while I work.

Lambs

We are raising three lambs this year. This fall we will have some lamb in the freezer and maybe have some to sell.

Tomato Plants

I have 133 tomato plants started indoors. We're just waiting for warmer weather to pu them outside. They are thriving. I have many varieties including unusual heirlooms.

I saw these flowers along the side of the road on the way home from church. So I just stopped and picked a few!

Into Trouble

David is always getting into things these days. Here he is very excited about an empty seed packet. Doesn't he look mischievous?
